So I had a friend with a BSOD problem Memory_Management. Now I'm getting an IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal. And they don't just stay on the blue screen, they reboot. Which I did look at the Memory_Management one and so far I haven't gotten that any more.

First, after it reboots, right before it goes to the Welcome screen it says:
"Please wait for the installer to load.
!!! DO NOTHING - Windows drivers are launching !!!
Drivers should launch in 1-3 minutes." and there's an okay button so I click it, and it takes me to the Welcome screen and logs in.

Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name Bluescreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 3b
    BCP1: 0000000C0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF80002BEFF8C
    BCP3: FFFFF88006D02970
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1

And I've encountered many BSOD problems, but not this one. I've tried using google & searching forums and still have found no solution. Any help would be appreciated, I can provide more information upon request.

Oh, and second note I cannot locate my Windows 7 Disc otherwise I would have used the repair tool/reinstalled windows.

Yeah, that was on my to-do list. I'll try that and report back.

So I tried booting with Memtest86+ and I received quite a bit of errors probably over 1m.

You were seeing red failing addresses like these?

If so, you may want to try to either re-seat the RAM (only while the computer is off!) and re-run Memtest86+

Sometimes loose/non properly seated RAM will be the cause of Memtest86+ giving a bunch of failures.

Well, I figured out which stick is toast. Now, earlier today I tried Last Known Good Config before I ran MemTest on the sticks separate and it keeps rebooting before the welcome screen, and I get the windows failed to start for start up repair with a status of 0xc000000f and boot selection failed beecause a required device is inaccessible.

And as I stated earlier, cannot locate windows 7 disc.

Have you tried booting up the without this stick of memory in your system? Is there any type of file listed with this 0xc00000f BSOD?

Yes, I did. As for the 0xc000000f error, it is not a BSOD. It's the Windows Boot Manager, for when you launch start up repair. And no there is no file listed with that error.
    Similar to this:

    "Windows Boot Manager
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software chance might be the cause. To fix the problem:
    1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
    2. Choose your language settings and click "Next."
    3. Click "repair your computer."

    Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible."

Go into the BIOS and make sure the hd is the top boot device.
Some posters with this error some how had a USB device listed as the first boot device and that caused the error because the device was not attached to the system.

Yeah, I already made sure and tried that, still having problems. I don't understand why it would get to the interactive windows logo, go black with the mouse showing and then reboot. It only started doing that after I tried last known good configuration. Few days ago I tried last good configuration and it did what it is doing now and then went back to normal but I can't remember what I did to fix it.

Well I got it working so far, I just booted into the reset to factory settings, and then clicked on reset to factory settings. Did a quick fix so that it wouldn't completely reset to factory and just repair the issues.
