Gpu No Longer Recognized At Startup

Hello, everyone!

So, I recently made an international move with my antiquated desktop computer. I've been running it for years via Parallel Connector & HDMI adapter to the HDMI on my television. I disconnected a lot of the wiring during the move in order to remove HDDs from their (rather fragile) bays and may or may not have disconnected the GPU. Sadly, I cannot remember.

I received the computer in my shipment from abroad, rewired the interior as it was before the move (I had a series of labels helping to make sure I did this correctly, even as a layman), and let the machine sit for basically four months because I had no Internet with which to use it. Now that I have established myself and have reliable Internet again, I have tried to reuse the PC. However, it no longer wishes to push images from the graphics card to a television. I am using the exact same cables and the exact same television, and yet it only recognizes the connections when I connect through the IGP.

The GPU is still connected, in so far as the fan engages while the computer is powered. I have gone into the BIOS and tried prioritizing PCIEx16, PCIEx8, and PCI all above Onboard, and have gotten no success on any attempt.

Since all the hardware seems to be functioning normally, I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot from here. (Please).

My (rather outdated and imminently due for a new GPU) system is:
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE Z68X-UD3H-B3 INTEL Z68 SLI/CROSSFIRE DDR3 SA 1
GPU: EVGA GTX560 TI 1GB (overclocked) GDDR5 PCI-E DIRECTX 11
PROCESSOR: INTEL I5-2500K 3.30 GHZ 6M
CURRENT OS: Windows 7 (updates current to 7/20/2015)

Solved. The issue was actually due to a wiring issue. Please disregard this thread.
