Your first comment relates to a psu and its rails.

Your second comments relates to a heatsink and fan with specs listed.

And finally you are asking a question relating to your cpu and cpu upgrade. Are you asking for advice as to whether the psu will support a higher spec cpu or whether the hsf can cope??
