Think before you decide to watch this..it's not a horror movie but as real as it gets. It's not for everyone, although IMO it should be.

The content is graphic, bloody and heartbreaking. Even so, I think it should be viewed by teenagers and adults alike. The images are disturbing to say the least but I'd wager every one of you who views this can relate to a specific "distraction". It only takes a split second, and your life, if you're still alive...is changed forever.

Saw at least one video editing setup, but a good post. Drive safely peeps! It is not worth the little bit of time saved vs the possible consequences.

Good post. I've been at the scene of bad crashes. Not pleasant memories.

When I took Drivers-Education classes long, long ago they would show us some video's like this . . . I'm not sure they do anymore, and they should if they don't. The video linked here would be perfect.

Kids should be reminded before they get in the drivers seat of the terrible destructive power they have control of that is just waiting for a moment's inattention to wreak destruction and death.

In a second your life can change, and you have to live with and pay for horrific things.

Heck, we all can benefit from watching that video. When you are driving . . . drive, and get the big picture. People so often get tunnel-vision when driving long distances.

I couldn't watch it past the first kid.. I have a strong stomach.. but when kids get hurt, I go ballistic.

Ditto. But it's a strong lesson.

We used to have people come to our highschool and stage an accident in the bus circle, complete with bloody bodies and then someone would pull the fire alarm so we all would see it. They wouldn't tell us anything and just keep us back, then send us back to class.

Then the teacher would explain that the accident was caused by reckless or drunk or both driving and we would discuss ways to avoid ending up that way. Then at the end of class they would tell us it was a set up... well those of us that didn't already know.

3 cars and 1 pedestrian biker so far, in the past 4 weeks, failed to stop for the bus when I was getting Enzo on it. Thankfully the door is on my driveway side. 1 driver actually came back and apologized after he stopped half way past the bus and I gave him a talkin to. 17 year old kid, too. He was genuinely remorseful for what he did. I made sure he knew that it wouldn't have mattered much if my son got hurt/killed. But I did appreciate him coming back and apologizing. He did the right thing there.
