looks like the problem just... cleared itself up.. weird.. this is the second time this has happened. could it be the pc overheating? last time this happened i deleted a game and freed up a bit of space. it fixed itself shortly after.\

this time i deleted some stuff to see if it would work, nothing happened. bitched and complained for about an hour ate a brownie and voila it fixed.
do brownies fix everything? or is something going on with my pc?

on a side note, the picture i used i had to take on my cellphone. as the graphic distortion didnt show on the screen capture.

Sorry but I do not understand what is happening to your picture. Did it rotate 45 degrees by itself? What is the actual problem. 3's

oh pardon me for not being specific. the angle was my mistake in taking the picture. the areas where it looks white ish, are actually supposed to be black. it does this to everything black. in game and even desktop.

I'm not sure, but could it be artifacting.

If it happens again you might open your device manager and check how much memory you have left unused. This might be as simple as you run out of resources because of the applications you have running. By the way SystemCare puts an icon on the task bar that shows how much free ram you have and allows you to release ram although I prefer Cacheman by I use both. Hope this helps. 3's

    Hi

What Windows version and Service Pack you using?
What is PC make and model if an OEM one like Dell, HP etc, or if a home build what is your motherboard and graphic card make and models?

Does this happen in any graphics, say a picture or is this only in games?
If in games are they fully patches with latest updates?
Have you updated your graphic card driver?

Is this a desktop or laptop?
If laptop then make sure all the air vents are not covered and free from dust and fluff, if a desktop do the same but also if you are happy opening your PC (while switched off) then also check the insides for dusk and fluff on the graphic card fan (if it has one) and the CPU heatsink and fan as this can cause especially in games excess heat and cause graphical issues as well as shutdowns and errors.
