    You are going to have to describe what you think the problem is. Your pictures don't tell us anything because we don't have any reference image to compare your pictures to.

    I recommend you find another computer system, visit a web site with both computers and compare that way.

    Does that happen only when using Advanced System Care?
    Do you have any other IOBit software installed - say their driver updater? If yes did you ever use it to install a graphics driver?

    Looks like you might have a laptop there? Tried plugging it into an external display? Does moving/tilting the screen effect it?
