This is a major shipping channel and the CG was afraid the tubers would wander into the lane for ships and cause an emergency event to happen. As it did happen in the past the CG took it upon themselves to stop this event from fruitation but alas the organizers found out the CG had no power to stop it so the two sides got together and came up with a plan both could agree on .And it came off uneventful,no injuries or accidents. I respect the job the Coasties do, but it seems like they should have been able to help with that event instead of banning it for years.

I just don't see what harm a small inner tube could do to a large ship , if they collided. roflmao

BTW Thanks for showing me how lucky we are to have so many rivers and lakes on the "GOOD" side of the state. LOL
