Great job on the "What to do first..."

I was having problems with popups even though I had 3 different popup blockers working! EbayMoeMoney.exe was on my computer, and I was able to get rid of it by following ALL of the required steps to post for help.

Unfortunately, this did not resolve my issue. It wasn't until I removed the Microsoft Java and installed the Sun Java that the problem seems to be resolved.

Thanks again for laying out the steps to remove trojans so clearly. I have added a firewall and done all the other things you suggest to hopefully keep myself trojan and malware free.
