Great "new Look" Forum But....

    The new look forum looks fantastic but when looking at a thread I seem to find only the original question and the latest reply. How do I find the rest of the thread?

    Viewing posts on the new forum software is the same as it was before. Click the thread title and everything should be visible. I am not sure what you mean that you can only see the original post and the most recent reply.

    Ewen, some recent replies (from the previous day or so) may not have been imported when the forum database/software was imported/upgraded after the hack.

    Example - I knew there were posts missing from here, so I asked a question there to find out if the OP had read my lost reply (I know he had read/replied to other missing posts).

    We might darken it. This is just the quick setup. There's a suggestion thread you can post this in as I can't, well I won't monitor multiple threads for suggestions.

    I agree with Kestrel13!
    At least we don't have the lilly white background.

    Is thre a darker background? If so I'm not seeing it, I still see white.

    It looks like a cross between Khaki and cream to me. It's very light, but not white. A little bright for me, but I could live with it. The posts are easy to read.

    I hope they don't touch the background. I love this. You can see it a lot better.

    It is definitely not white. I think some of you need to calibrate your monitors. ;)

    Or maybe their eyes! :p It is not white! Far from it. There are darker patterns. I was looking at them a couple days ago. But I'll leave that choice to Tim and Jim to change. ;)

    Many features and the uniqueness of Majorgeeks will start creeping back as will some new features this forum software adds. Worth going slow and adding features when all is stable, but so far all looks ok.

    Big plus for me is that MG pages load smoothly now. With the previous software, and regardless of browser, there was always a slight delay before a page completed loading and then it would jump up, causing me most times to click on the post below the one I wanted. Maybe it was AdBlock causing it but whatever, I'm liking this new layout.
