green dots flashing all over my screen

my usual pc just went,so i got another the odd time i get blue screen of death,as im typing i see green dots flasing all over my screen what would cause this??

Hi my friend , maybe overheating is the problem , you can push F2 , F8 , F10 or Del during start up going into

Advanced Boot Options to select to opt for

Disable automatic restart on system failure

you can restart your machine to give the bsod error code :wave

 

i went to bios there is no advanved boot options just boot options.

 

i went into my bios and it said.

cpu-51c 122f

should i try removing the veido card.

 

i removed my card and just let it run off the built in card and all is fixed,so bad veido card was the issue.
