Hi again geeks. This one may make the top ten list of all time dumb questions; and I may even be in the wrong category (please re-direct me if wrong category.) Is there any current malware that would cause my display to have a greenish-yellowish tint? Or is my monitor just dying? It's an HP CRT monitor 6 yrs. old. I don't THINK I messed with any display properties. I ran all my AS/AV's in safe mode and came up clean. PUZZLED!!

Sounds like your Monitor is about to go. Just on an off chance, you have anything that emits a strong magnetic field near your monitor? Say something like stereo speakers.

Thanks for your interest SPD. No magnetic fields. System Restore didn't fix it. Well. the pennysaver comes out tomorrow and there's always a monitor or two in there cheap. I figured it was the monitor anyhoo. Thanks again.
