Green Wheelchair Emblem

    I have the green wheelchair emblem with the red flashing circle and line in my taskbar. I have done the steps according to the Read This Before.. list and it will not go away. I have attached the Bitdefender and Panda reports as well as the HJT log. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

    Please run the steps in the below and attach the smitfiles.txt log as requested:

    SpywareQuake & SpyFalcon Removal Procedure

    Then please follow the directions in step 7 of the READ ME. You have install HijackThis exactly where requested not to install it.

    Now attach a new HJT log and tell me if there is any change to your status.

    This morning when I turned on the computer (after it sat turned off all night) the green wheelchair did not return. It has been on all day and the wheelchair is still not there.

    I am going to continue to monitor the computer but I think it is all right now.

    It will not go away by itself. You had an infection. Did you run the procedure I gave you? If not, you need to run it and then attach the requested log. If you did run it already then please attach the log.
