Greetings all

I'm new to the forum. I know very little about codes/coding.
If you have time I'd like your opinion on how to deal with that 66.220.17.200 address.
I understand there are several complexities to dealing with this most likely.
The I.P. Add. I listed above some have posted on origination of it. I know the basics of using trace programs.
This i.p. i listed keeps trying to intrude my system.
Is there a trustworthy member of staff i can work with to solve problem? I'll do my part to help with this and other knowledge I have that may be of use.

• If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
