Grounded!

im pretty sure my pc is grounding...can any1 confirm...when i put my side case on it doesnt turn on...when the comps on and i try to put side case on i see a spark wherever it touches or rubs then it shuts off...on my case i dnot have electric tape or those rubber things...i didnt think i had to cus my case has like dome like things but there metal that u screw mobo in...so 2morrow i have to go to radio shack and get some rubber things and ace for electric tape

 

Is your ground line isnt good enough, your case could do the job that the ground line is supose to do!
