    I do not have a SmartPhone and my Tablet Went.

    But I See on YouTube you can go to www.grubhub.com on your Computer.


    But after I go to GrubHub.com on the Top Right I See LogIn but I do not See Creat Account.

    Can anybody help me how do I Creat an Account on the GrubHub WebSite?

    When you click Login, is there no option to create an account?
    I can't check because Grubhub isn't available in South Africa.

    It is as Eldon says. If you click 'sign in' the pop up page has create your account at the very bottom.
