Gta eflc error

Hi all.2 days ago,i bought a eflc.after installing it i installed car pack, trainer, patch,crack.And of course dsound.dll.i played game 40 minutes and i didnt like the motorbike handling so i uninstalled car pack but i left trainer.but it did not work.after that i did a lot of things.everything finihsed.when i click the game,razor writing coming but game isnt opening and giving this error:

sorry for this because my windows is turkish and turk forums couldnt solve this problem so i came here with my bad english
i had gta 4 too.i didnt do anything to it but it started to giving this error too.
turkish gamers said "It's a virus.Virus' name is Win32/Alman.nab."
i reinstalled eflc and i uninstalled gta 4.i wanted to delete virüs so i downloaded a lot of anti viruses,combofix,panda security 2012,iobit malware fighter but they couldnt find any viruses.they found and deleted but nothing happeden.last,i downloaded spyware doctor.it found virus but it's not deleting it.it says enter license code.Later i came here and did everything for malwares
i downloaded malwarebytes,superantispyware,mglogs,combofix.uac disabled.but it still giving error.Other games or other exes arent giving error.Only eflc and gta 4...
I came here with hope.I hope you can help me
