Whenever Firefox is opened SpywareTerminator flags C:\Windows\system32\Guard32.dll as blocked by Real-Time Protection.

Scans of the file with AVG and ST in Explorer both report it clean. Google doesn't provide any definitive answers (that I can understand), other than a suggestion it may be related to Comodo FW.

Is this innocuous activity, is ST blocking Comodo from operating effectively, or is it some other undesirable process at work? Thanks.

guard32.dll is for your Comodo Firewall.

Sounds line Spyware Terminator is blocking it and it should not be. Look for somewhere in the configuration where you can tell Spyware Terminator to allow this.
