guild wars problems

i have two complaints about my guild wars games.
1. my mouse in the game is always flickering and i can't see it 80% of the time, i looked in all the options and i can't see anything that could help.

2. whenever i run in the game and turn my chr. doesn't line up, he runs crooked, kinda diagnally and the only way i can make him run right is if i hold down the right mouse button and guide him left or right w/ the mouse.
