Guitar hero 3 for XP 64 bit

    I just bought guitar hero 3 popped it in my PC and it said it doesnt support my OS =/. I checked the other topics for it and people didnt wanna even try fixing the problem so they brought it back. I tried running it in compatibility mod, Im currently downloading microsoft virtual PC but my friend said it may not work. Any suggestions or help on how to get this working? without having to duel boot two OS =/.

    well I managed to get it to install and patched...it just crashs on start up now -_-
