Hack flager app.

I'm looking for a stand alone app. that I can run in the background whilst in facebook (or any other site) that will signal me if & when my profile data has been compromised.
Last night I couldn't get some app's to run when they always used to work... they work at the moment but I'm going to wait until tonight to see if it happens again.
I've seen some thing to do with pinging addy's but not entirely sure how to go about pinging someone from FB.
Any clue's any1? :-D
