Personally, I don't feel the sentence was harsh enough. Granted, they say they didn't use that 'worm' for malicious intent, but just the fact that they created it so they could have 'power' over computers is really a lame excuse. It's fools like that that cost us all.
My choice of punishment? Well I'm glad you asked! When they go to jail, they both need to be put into the same cell with a man named 'Bubba.' The rest....I'll leave to your imagination!

 

Yes, they should of gotten a longer sentences then 6months and 3months...
