See attached logs, not a whole lot of hits, but some hits.

I had an issue about a month or two ago where I couldn't access work VPN from home, and after I tried IE was redirected in a loop and eventually timed out. This happened on two spate computers. Adjusted DNS (I believe) on home computer and IE works again. Didn't adjust anything on work computer, but brought it to the library and was able to access VPN. I suspect Cox Home Internet is the issue, but I haven't been able to verify that yet... Mentioning this in case it might have something to do with malware.

Those logs are clean except you need to re run Hitman and remove Potential Unwanted Programs.

Would that be all items on this list?

Other than those I wasn't seeing any issues. How is the machine running?
