Had a keylogger - am I clean now?

I found a keylogger a while back, and I was suspicious another had found its way on the computer. I went through all the procedures for posting and cleaning. Can someone look over these logs and see if there is anything that may be some type threat? Can anyone state with certainty that I'm clean?

Your logs are clean but the below files stand out. Do you know what they are? They are not files that would be expected in this folder.
