Had fun at school tonight..

Had a test in my OS class and got the test back with a 90% on it.. I scratched my head and looked at the answers marked wrong and contested. Ended up proving that 3 of the questions marked wrong on my test were actually correct. +6 points for me and most of the other students in the class .. I almost didn't say anything but I just couldn't sit idle when I knew full well the answer key was wrong.. I made stupid mistakes on the other 2 questions because I didn't read them carefully enough or I would have gotten a 100%. Oh well, that's life!

 

I've had similar experiences. Both the "proving the answer key wrong" and the "supid mistakes because i didn't read them carefully enough or I would have gotten a 100%."

The one I like the most is one I found when grading a geometry test. In the class, they have box numbers that they have to put on all their papers. I.E. my box number (for algebra 2) is 103, so I have to put 103 on all my papers. This is used so that we can post grades and so we can return papers easily. The box number itself is worth a point. On this particular geometry test there was 68 points total. One got 6 points extra credit, but missed 7 points, and yes, one of those points was his box number. I laughed so hard when I totalled his grade and saw that...
