Had troj/Virtum_Gen & Mal/Behav-284 now pc crashed!!!

Hi Guys!!!
I signed up at the end of march when i found out my pc got infected with 2 virus troj/Virtum-Gen and Mal/Behav-284, I surfed thru your site and poceed to do the RUN & RUN MR FIRST Malware Removal Guide, after i did it, computer was clean the annoying adds, pop ups didnt showed up! I keot running the programs to make sure it was clean, i didnt submit any information, but 2 days ago adds came back and my computer start acting again funny my antivirus Verizon with I am paying for it monthly with internet detected them, but couldnt help much, yesterday I run Malwarebytes Ani Malware and the pc turned to black screen i can just see the mouse white, and nothing else, turned off and restart and it is just a black screen when it suppose to show the blue screen of welcome windows, I tried to enter to last good known configuration nothing happened, system recovery console take me to DOS screen, and i tried to safe mode, same black screen, does somebody can help me in what to do??? i have my roommate laptp to communicate with you guys while i see how to fix my pc! If somebody can help thanks
