Halo lagging

I have recently purchased Halo CE. Every time I have run it (and it runs just fine) and then quit the program, I get a popup from Ad-Watch Live! Alert which says that process ~f1d055.tmp is attempting to make changes to the Windows Security Policies area of my Registry. Ad-Watch (part of Ad-Aware) blocks it, but the I get the popup after every game. I always play the game in 'single-user' mode. I've never gone on the net with it. I have been presuming that it is attempting to relax policies to allow net play.

The game is store bought.

Any comments? Should I be worried?

That sounds like a false positive from Ad-Aware. It's been a while since I used it, but I think it had settings where you can allow or ignore certain things. Try setting Ad-Aware to ignore Halo CE, and see if the pop-up goes away.
