Halo problem in Game Spy Arcade

    I can't get instant real time voice chat in Halo - multiplayer pc game in game spy arcade..Game spy arcade supports Roger Wilco voice chat.I've done everthing that the Roger Wilco voice chat says that I have to have set up correctly but, when I get into the multiplayer game of Halo and try to send and recieve, I get no response from the voice chat end of the matter.....
