    Dont think you can with the aero themes at all, you'd have to change the uxtheme.dll to one to allow 3rd party themes ( shellstyle ).

    I will have a more thorough look when I home as work no have Vista PCs, but it will be linked in with the msstyles or shellstyle, once the uxtheme.dll is changed you should be able to edit the aero styles to remove the blue.

    I not gotten around to changing the uxtheme.dll on Vista, so will look at rafaels webpage or catch him on MSbeta NG and grab the files, seems from knowing Vista that getting ownership of the files needed could be a bit more of a pain than in XP.

    It was a test ;)

    All my research pulled up prior was hacking the theme engine and installing a modified aero. I figured if there was any other way, Halo would be the one to know :)
