I've been researching and it seems that I have traces of a VX2 Malware ID which screws up my administrative properties and prohibits me from running some of my spyware programs as well as other programs such as WinRAR.

I've also seen that I have traces of a Virtumonde malware and I've run Vundfix and everything else I could find to pry these files from my PC, but nothing works.

    Here's my Hijackthis Log:

New Data: I can't boot in Normal Safe Mode any longer. When I choose normal 'Safe Mode' it boots and keeps asking me about the System Restore feature, while closing explorer. I've also experienced many BSOD's while running Spybot and Kaspersky.

    Hi monnnkeys!
Welcome to Major Geeks. Please try to get the following scan however you can, even if you have to download it onto another computer and transfer it with a cd or flashdrive and run it in safe mode or normal mode, whatever you can get to If you're able to do that, please post the log to us. If you're not able to do that, please let us know.

    Run this utility:

    Hi Monnnkeys!
Please go to Using MGTools and see if you can download the MGtools.exe file in the first sentence of this page. The rest of the page gives instructions for the different operating systems. Please find the instructions that apply to your computer. If you can't get to safe mode with networking and can't get to normal mode, you can download them onto another computer and transfer them by either cd or flashdrive. If you use another computer, download them but do not double click on the MGTools.exe program until you've transferred them to your own computer. On your own computer, you can use them in safe mode if you can't get into normal mode.

You will need to download the MGtools.exe to C:\ or whichever the drive is which contains your operating system. Double click on the C:\MGtools.exe program to run it.
This will install it properly and will allow all logs to be automatically obtained including HijackThis. The logs will be in the C:\MGlogs.zip file so when it is finished, please attach this.

See if you can get this to work. It shouldn't matter if you are in normal or safe mode. If it works, then anytime thereafter that you need to get logs, just go to the C:\MGtools folder and run the GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on MGTools.exe program and it will put all new logs into the MGlogs.zip file.

Let me know how this goes.
