    I have tried this. It seems all browsers are affected. Chrome, ff, ie, and safari.

    The strange thing is that it happens randomly. For example, if I open and close a browser ten times over, sometimes it opens default home, others the hao123...

    Have you cleaned out your cookies in all the browsers?

    yep. used ccleaner to wipe all browser data- all boxes checked. made sure browsers weren't running.
