Thanks everyone but even tho its my birthday i am still gonna be working on my truck all day lol I got to pull my clutch cable out the firewall and remover my clutch pedal bracket off the firewall and reinforce my firewall so it quits ripping the firewall to pieces. as y'all can tell car mechanic's run deep in my family lol after that i got nothing else planed. but maybe go out and spin some wheels on the dirt roads lol

Well its come and gone and it was like any other day. I spent the day working on my P'UP (still not done fixing the firewall where the clutch cable and clutch pedal bracket go) and helping someone with some things man it was a hot day i will be glad when it starts cooling down again here. I can't stand summer time I wish it would stay around 50F to 75F but i just can't handle 95F to 110F in the day and 80F to 85F at night. I did not even get any cake. I think the last time i had a good birthday was back in 1995 lol bad huh? But i guess any birthday is alright as long as i am in good health and everyone i care about is in good health too.

 

AWW, bummer, no cake, no one's too old for cake, ask Tim-W I know how you feel with the heat never been able to handle it myself so what do we do rolleyes move into the desert. I have always lived closer to the coast but we're both medically retired and seemed like an affordable place to bad I can't go outside. Couple weeks ago got to 116 seems like at night it stays in the 90's and now all kinds of smoke, California's annual burn although they don't seem to have a handle on it like they used to in years past. Well I babble, do something fun and (cool) to make up for missing out on you B-Day. :wave

 

PS keep forgetting to tell you, you have the same last name as three of my kids.
Needless to say it was mine for many years also, my girls after marrying still use it,
not sure how their husbands feel about that :confused
I remember seeing it on a bogus check you received think from the UK a while back you had posted.
