Happy New Year 2014

    Is it too early to wish all a Happy 2014, well hell no...... never know if I will be able to type in a few hours time.

    SO while its still 18:25 in the UK so we are getting close, US folks are at breakfast or brunch!

    I wish you and your families a wonderful, healthy, safe and prosperous 2014 and hope it treats you well.

    Its been fun chatting with members old and members new (unless we banned you) and its always been something I have loved about Majorgeeks (Tim and Jim props for the site and running since 2002) is that no matter what education you have or what country you herald from, we as internet folk treat each other as one.... Majorgeeks has for me re-affirmed this and its why at times I can be a stickler for forum rules

    I also have to say the admin/mod team at Majorgeeks is awesome and what a laugh we have, Tim, Jim, Chas, Jeremy, Laura, TimW, Emma, Don, Nick, et al its been a pleasure.

    Look forward to carrying on the war against PC issues in 2014

    Happy New Year to the rest of you geeks as well. May you have a smooth passage into 2014 no matter what you choose to do tonight.

    We will be staying at home tonight. Well, my husband and I will. My children on the other hand are very busy. :-D

    Laura.... wow.. you have kept the forum on track this year as I know many of us have been on projects in personal life, me majorly so as my work has eaten my lifeforce to the point of zero power! but you have given the forum a great sense of fairness and I love that, the convos we have had on topics and situations have been inspiring.

    Many folk on MGs inspire me that technologie is reaching folk but in some cases its NOT *yes we can spot you".....

    3 mins to go in UK to 2014 and weirdly I'm on a tablet and able to type, touch screen keys large, listing to Charli XCX - Grins ... cool track.. bugger new year general songs,

    New year since I started this post .... HAPPY 2014 folks and hope its all you want.

    MG is a great and friendly place to hang out that is very safe for newbies and I always tell people if they want a safe place to get their software and if needed, some good advice, then MG is the place to go :major

    +1 to your sentiments about MG David and BTW you deserve a pat on the back too, for all your helpful and knowledgeable posts :cool

    Now it is 1:30pm in Oz and after a big night of fun and frivolity it is time to check the interwebs for a good hangover cure rolleyes ...but I need to find some energy :tired

    Happy New Year to everyone who cares about this site. :) I joined back in 2006, and out of all the websites I joined back then, in my lost and confused years, MajorGeeks is the only one that was genuine enough that I'm still a member.

    Happy New F-ing Year everyone! :grouphug May we all have our hopes, our will to try. If we don't we might as well lay down and die. ;)
