Hard Disk Diagnostics Spyware - HiJackThis

My computer got the Hard Disk Diagnostic Spyware program on it. I have cleaned my computer with MS Essentials and MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. The program is still there and I have tried using SpyBot to delete it there. Unfortunately, I don't know what to delete using SpyBot. I have attached my SpyBot logfile, can anyone help me with this?

Run HJT by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). Select Do a system scan only and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=127.0.0.1:5555
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {AA58ED58-01DD-4d91-8333-CF10577473F7} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {AE805869-2E5C-4ED4-8F7B-F1F7851A4497} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {AF69DE43-7D58-4638-B6FA-CE66B5AD205D} - (no file)

After clicking Fix, exit HJT.
