Each time I run a thorough scan disk it shows that there are errors on that drive all of which were fixed. Is this an indication of a hard drive problem or not necessarily?
Also, are there any good diagnostic tools for determining the condition of the hard drive and also the PSU?
    Thanks.

Thanks ASUS. How about a way of viewing PSU voltages from the computer screen? I read where this can be done from BIOS. However, I wonder if there can be intermittent power supply problems that don't show up in these or other tests. Any ideas?

You can use Everest to view Voltages within Windows:

Some MOBO's have utilities to view system info such as voltages/temps in windows.
As for BIOS, hard for me to say what your's can monitor, Have a look & see.
Not all system Bios are the same, Off the shelf systems, many have crippled or limited settings/options

What is your system specs? include the brand/model/size of your PSU.
