Hard Drive Re-lettering

Hi Is there a way to switch the drive letters on a hard drive
What I have is a hard drive with two partitions I use real time FFS to keep the drive updated and macrium reflect for back up the problem is that the back up is in the front partition F: and my C: drive files are in the second partition H: (I don't know how I did that an oversight on my part) so when I mount the drive I get a blank blue screen and and nothing because I thing is booting from the partition with the back up rather then from the partition with the booting files.
