I had a look around, and found this board seemed to give problems, even in Asus forums. You have cooled the cpu- maybe the northbridge is getting too hot - I could not see a fan on that on a picture of your motherboard.is there any way you can get a small fan on to the northbridge (between graphics card, and cpu? might have to bodge a fix to try it (temporary elastic bands, or, somethig.

well what about this new bsod? satrow was saying something about a bad driver? could that be it?

I would uninstall or disable all 3 of the AS* drivers and update the RealTek network card, check driver details here: http://sysnative.com/drivers/

Just gently wiping any dust from the Northbridge cooler with a lint-free clean cloth might help cooling it, some are surprisingly intolerant of even a fine film of dust.

Follow satrow on the drivers, as eliminating a dodgy driver is always in order- I just gave that extra information for you to see.

hmm okay ill look into uninstalling the drivers...should i just uninstall EVERYONE of them?? or just video drivers?

You need to leave the video drivers, just uninstall whatever installed the 3x AS* drivers and update the driver for your RealTek network adapter, check the details for the drivers at http://sysnative.com/drivers/

Did you ever try uninstalling the graphics driver, restarting, then let windows install a driver to see if that helped?

yeah i did but when i unistalled it and restarted and tried to let windows install it it said that it had the up to date drivers..when clearly that wasnt true lol..

Did it run O.K with windows drivers ? on the graphics- in fact if it ran O.K before you updated drivers, it could be worth running system restore.
