harddrive names acting up

ok here it goes i reinstalled XP pro and my comp turned my C drive into the f drive and my f drive to my c drive and i was wondering how do i get them to switch cause everything keeps going into the wrong drive and its only 20 gigs and i use it for back-up and to store stuff on like drivers and crap so if theres a way to fix that plz let me know

 

It sound very strange, usually you can use Disk Management to change drive letter assignment, but since WinXP is expecting to find its system files on the current drive letter, then it will probably do more harm than good.

Think you need to reinstall again and make sure what primary parition you use for installing WinXp.
