harrassing emails to my daughter

can anybody help me? ive been tracing emails that have been sent to my daughter but they dont get me to the actual location of this nut case..i was trying to maybe find out if he is just a nut case or if he could be a more serious issue...right now he is being mean but i was wondering if there is a way to actually get closer and i can go up to him and say if you bother my daughter,family or harass us in any way i will go to the police and have you arrested....as of right now he hasnt done anything really criminal yet but who knows? and if he should i would love to have a lead for the police and i would really love to cut off his n***....thanks...he has aslo made a new my space account and is sending messages there now...i heard there is no way to actually trace those...but i don have an ip of the emails...thanks.anybody can email me at <snip> here or whatever thanks so much

I removed your email address as it could subject you to spam from bots that like to harvest such.

You can download a spam blocker program so that his emails are never opened or downloaded.
You can open one of the emails that have been sent to you ...hit file / properties / details / message source ...this will tell you who his ISP is ....send a complaint to webmaster@xxxxxx.con/net or what ever it is.

Also print out copies of the emails for future protection if you need to report to the police.

Do not respond to him/her ....they will get tired of it.
