   Yes but didnt find it useful, ok thats not strictly true, its helpful if you have time to kill and want to actually read a EULA, and this app does pick out the salient points of interest.
   
   Important parts of a EULA are usage as in how many PCs can you install the app on and can you transfer it to another PC (when uninstalling it from previous PC) or transfer/sell to another User.
