Has anyone heard this????

I've attatched a file that I'm guessing is one of those "lost" songs that Elvis never recorded!!?? I heard something about it recently and that either Priscilla and/or his daughter was going to release some soon!! The person that sent this to me is also a huge fan of elvis and she had never heard it before so she was sending it to everybody she knew!!

The attatchment isn't the whole song in itself...it is only 300 and something kb's that open WMP and tells it where to buffer the song from, I guess!! But you do need to be connected to the internet if you choose to check it out!!!

Gotta say...It's one hell of a song!!!! I love his "Grapes of Wrath" and i'd almost put this above that!!!!

OOOOOppps!!!! My bad...it didn't post the attatchement...it was too large...says it won't let me attatch anything over 90 something kb and mine is 300 and something, which by the way...why didn't zipping it up shrink it down some!!??

Anyway...If someone is interested in it (because it is very good!!) just let me know and I will get it to you via e-mail or pm or some way or another!!

Unless...someone of more knowledge than me can tell me how I can get this thing to attatch to this post!!!!

LOL...Perhaps I shoud have worded it differently!!!! Right after I submitted that, I was talking to my wife and as I was explaining it to her...it dawned on me that it shouldn't exist if he never "recorded" it!!

Bear with me folks...if you are looking to hear this!!!! I can't get this stinkin' Megaupload to work in my favor!! Granted I am in a hurry and off to work so I didn't really read the FAQs like I probably should have!! But to my understanding...I put my e-mail addy in the appropriate box, then upload the file and they are supposed to e-mail me a link to that file which in turn, I can paste here for y'all to check it out...right/wrong???? Also...EVERY time I do ANYTHNING there...my browser locks up on me!!

I don't know...maybe I will try my Yahoo Briefcase that comes with my internet service...I just happened to think of that!!

Good job getting it sorted Roger. Hate to tell you...I don't have speakers at work lol.....still working on this! How can anyone NOT have speakers on a PC nowadays

 

Almost none of our computers at either of our offices have speakers. Why do you need them at work? You should be working while there, not listening to music.

 

Our computers are supplied to us withoug speakers. And we get voice mail messages in Outlook that can only be played through the puter. I have my own speakers that I keep at work but I'm not sure what everybody else does. Maybe they never listen to their messages?

 

Oh I have the radio on to listen to music I need the speakers to listen to the video clips of news coverage I am supposed to listen too

 

I thought that Michel Jackson bought all of Elvis’s works, sheet music, tapes, old songs, and those that weren’t put to vinyl

 

Maybe!!???? I don't know...never heard that!! Guess I'll have to do a little more investigating!!!!

He must have bought it with all that money that he DOESN"T have!!!!!

The song wasn't "lost", it's just old. It was on his album "It's No Secret: The Gospel Series", and I've heard him do it live as well. It's been done by other singers as well.

I agree - it does'nt sound anything like Elvis - more like Johnny Mathis.

 

Hmmmmm...I thought it sounded like him...but then again...it could be that being about 100% deaf in one ear and a hearing aid in the other, could have something to do with it!!!!

I could have sworn it was him and being that the e-mail came from a friend who is an Elvis fanatic...I guess mind over matter just made me assume!! But...you know what happens when you assume..........

Oh wel...never the less...it is a very pretty song!! Guess I'll just have to add this to my list of making a fool out of myself!!!!
