Has anyone seen this problem before?

Greetings everyone, This happened on my parents computer it's running Window XP was purchased in 2003. I took a screenshot of the error dialogue box that comes up every few minutes.

The other thing that has happened is the "google re-direct" problem that just started last night

So far I have run:
malware bytes
Spybot
Trojan Remover
CCCleaner

when I initially ran malware bytes it found a few problems, removed those but the error box and the google re-directs are still happening

any ideas?

After running combofix the rootkit was finally found and all is restored back to normal!
