Has my PC been hijacked?

Hi guys & girls

Not sure what to make of this. I've recently had genuine e-mails going into my junk files, so I've got into the habit of reading through the senders (without open ing them of course) before I clear it out.

Today I noticed an e-mail which had my own address on it; opened it and, just to test, sent a reply, which came back to me.

Does this mean I've been hijacked?

I run Comodo firewall, have Spyware Doctor running a daily scan.

Happens all the time. Something in the abstract, message content, or the fact that the sender is not in your address book is normally the cause.

Did you use a single user reply (like reply only to sender/originator) or did you use reply all?

My first impression is that this is not malware; however if you want to be sure, please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
