   OK, when I pulled up Task Manager, I was not able to end process for navapsvc.exe. Also I'm not sure that I disabled the Earthlink 5,0\Fastlane\ARUpld32.exe correctly. Did the best I could. Here is my new log

   Okay that seems to have finally done it. One of those programs must have been blocking the changes we were trying to make.
   
   Now you can reinstall:
   SpywareBlaster <-- enable all protection
   Spybot S&D <-- don't use the Teatimer function. But be sure to use SDhelper and to use Immunize.
