Most of the time you can just manually delete the registry entries that Spybot fails to delete even though they should easily be removable. However there are some cases where a registry key may get locked and my require some additional steps to remove. If you don't feel comfortable removing registry entries, you can attach a log from Spybot so we can see what it finds. Many times these are just benign leftovers that are not really a problem. Zango is not a big problem. It is just adware and stuff you don't want and don't need.

An alternative may be to run Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware ( from our cleaning instructions ) to see if they remove it.
