Have a virus/spyware that I can't find

Hey everybody. I am new to this site and need some help. In my temp folder
I keep having files sts4.tmp and mar2 show up. I erase them but they get re-downloaded. I have scanned with Zonealarm and Counter Spy and was able to find and get rid of some Trojans.But the files are still coming back. I thought I might have been hacked as upon restarting my mouse jumped around on its own for a second(didn't open anything) as the desktop was loading. Also on another occasion (when I had super antispyware and spybot on my pc) while starting up my C:/Document and settings folder popped up on the screen on its own. Here is the scan results I got from Hijack This. If someone can help that would be great.

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
