Have default.co files

I have these default.co1 2 3 up to 7 in my temp folder they are huge and taking up massive amounts of space what are they and can i delete them?

 

i'd say if they are in the temp file then you should be ok (C:\WINDOWS\Temp <-- is that were your talking about), i'm sure someone will come around and confirm or deny. i don't know if you have ccleaner, but it empties temp files, etc, you just select/deselct the items you want it to scan for, and/or delete. g/l, sos
