I have followed the 7 steps before posting and done all the scans. Got rid of alot of stuff, but that thing is still here, don't know what it is, so here goes, the 3 scans are HijackThis, kaspersky, and bitdefender. By the way could you tell me about Deep Freeze?

Please read the sticky again. No logs should be posted as inline text. Especially HJT logs.

You need to empty your Norton Quarantine folder and you need run CCleaner and allow it to clean up all TIF folder info (TIF = Temporary Internet Files). You have a load of junk remaining in these folders that you must remove.

You also have a particularly nasty HSA hijacker problem. See: about:Blank and HSA (aka Only the Best) Hijackers - Generic Solution

Sorry about posting message that way. That said, here goes.

I followed your instructions, all seems to be well, but when I ran Spybot, came up with Altnet couldn't be fixed.

Also do you recommend Deep Freeze? Or is it a useless program?

Okay! Looks clean now other than some minor cleanup due to running the procedure. Also I would suggest you go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall the Viewpoint Manager that AOL put on your PC without your knowledge. Most people do not use this and it is a waste of system resources. So uninstall it unless you use it (if you do, you may be the only one).
Have HJT fix the below lines too:
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://hsremove.com/done.htm
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {85d1f590-48f4-11d9-9669-0800200c9a66} - %windir%\bdoscandel.exe (file missing)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Uninstall BitDefender Online Scanner v8 - {85d1f590-48f4-11d9-9669-0800200c9a66} - %windir%\bdoscandel.exe (file missing)
