have some problems.

hi id like to get some help , iv scanned my computer and nothing gets found, maby you guys can give me some help, ill download highjack this and post log soon but for now i got an issue were when i right click on any icon on my computer it freezez and does not respond lol.... i also have a dumb website search engine i cant get rid of
