When trying to reboot my computer it won't work unless I am in Safe mode.

    I ran Ccleaner
I couldn't download the SuperAntiSpyware, even after checking to make sure my Disabled Windows Installer was not configured
    I ran spybot
I ran MalwareBytes and attached the log
and I couldn't run combofix because I am in Safe Mode and I couldn't figure out if my Norton was running or not, combofix said it was and I couldn't figure how to turn it off.

Obviously I am not sure what to do can someone help??

You should have no problem running the MGTools...please attach that log:
    C:\MGLogs.zip
