Have you seen a grown man cry ?

Please help;

I stupidly tried downloading and installing 'Limewire' from some website, installed it and all hell has now broken loose on my PC !

MSN Messenger & I.E Windows opening and closing on their own, pop ups installing software progress bars popping up on screen !

I have tried :-
Spybot S & D
Adaware SE
Bit Defender
Microsoft Anti-Spyware
Microsoft Malicious thingy remover

Are there any rogue items in this lot ? :-

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
